What we require:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
• You bring at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, analytics, controlling, or consulting.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills and are confident working with business and financial data.
• You are highly proficient in Excel and have experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• You have experience creating reports, dashboards, or business models for management.
• You understand financial and operational KPIs and are able to translate data analyses into sound strategic recommendations.
• You are fluent in German and English.
