Role Overview:

The Senior Client Growth Manager is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and closing new clients to meet company revenue and gross profit objectives. This role involves engaging with marketing managers and executives from top mobile advertisers, leading the sales effort across the entire funnel, and selling mobile advertising solutions through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute client pitching and proposal delivery processes.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.

  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.

  • Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners and potential clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in brand planning, marketing, or advertising.

  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Chinese.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital advertising within marketing, advertising, or agency environments.

  • Established relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad sector, or previous experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a digital media agency role.

  • Experience and relationships in enterprise-level sales within the gaming industry are highly desirable.

  • Proven consultative sales skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and perform under stress.

  • Solid knowledge of digital strategy, creative strategy, and expertise in Social/Display advertising.
