Responsibilities
As a Senior Client Partner, you will be at the heart of Spotify’s advertising growth in Thailand, helping advertisers and agencies leverage our platform to reach audiences effectively. You will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution, driving results while strengthening long-term client relationships.
Partner with Advertisers: Collaborate with local teams of national and international advertisers to understand their objectives, recommend best practices, and develop effective Spotify campaigns.
Grow New Business: Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities.
Drive Campaign Success: Help advertisers plan, execute, and measure campaigns, offering insights to optimize performance and grow revenue through renewals and upsells.
Monitor Performance: Analyze campaign results daily, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure campaigns exceed expectations.
Coordinate Internally: Work closely with ad-operations and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimization.
Manage Client Terms: Oversee payment structures, invoicing, and contractual agreements.
Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of the evolving digital media landscape and adapt to Spotify’s ongoing product innovations.
