• Lead and deliver project modules or small projects
• Develop solutions in organizational transformation related topics
• Deal directly with clients, ensuring effective communication at all levels
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior executives
• Apply expertise in organization design and org transformation plan to solve client problems
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of delivering consulting projects for external clients
• Expertise in organizational function areas
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and models
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
• Excellent Chinese and English language abilities
