Senior Cutover Coordinator

Preparation-Phase:

• Aligns the scope of activities with the stakeholders (Process Experts, Migration Team, Plants responsible).
• Assigns tasks responsible, collect additional input from stakeholders.
• Plans the Cutover- and Communication Process.
• Prepares tools for Status Tracking (e.g. Tool FlowWright, MS Projects, or any tools that will be used for the project). Documentation of cutover activities from preparation to post execution phase.

Migration Execution:

• Executes and validates cutover activities for each migration cycle
• Coordinates migration activities
• Conducts regular status calls
• Tracks cutover progress
• Prepares regular reporting
• Constant improvement of cutover plan 

Post Execution:

• Checks Cutover Plan and make improvements for next iteration (assignment of tasks, task descriptions, dependencies, runtimes, etc.)

Continues Improvement:

• Drives improvement activities for cutover activities together with cutover managers and project leaders as defined in the strategy of the project
• Identifies potential digitalization/automation across the organization not limited to the project

Leading people:

• Leads cutover coordinator/s, perform coaching and quality checks and drive performance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience Cutover and migration management experience; knows data flow (e.g. horizonal/vertical layer) and implications with migration and cutover process
• Background with SAP processes portfolio R/3 or SAP 4/HANA
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience to take requirements and translate to cutover tasks regardless of the process
• Have experience from comparable challenges.
• Capability to establish automated configuration loads, automated test scripts considering completeness and bug-freeness.Cutover and migration management experience; knows data flow (e.g. horizonal/vertical layer) and implications with migration and cutover process
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
