Senior Data Analyst

We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data analysis initiatives, manage complex datasets, and mentor junior team members. This role involves in-depth data analysis, strategic decision-making support, and advanced reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and ** SQL reports **.
• Lead the development of ETL pipelines using ** SSIS** and manage ** Data Warehousing** processes.
• Conduct complex data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all processes.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to build a high-performing data analytics team.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
• Expert-level skills in **Power BI , SQL , and Excel **.
• Strong experience with **SSIS , Data Warehousing , and ETL pipelines **.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Python or R for analytics.
