About the Role:
As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our cloud-based system by developing predictive models and recommendation systems.

What will you be doing with us?

  • Ship high-quality predictive models leveraging Industrial data from sensors and IOT devices
  • Develop and implement end-to-end advanced analysis and ML models to support the application, utilizing cutting-edge algorithms.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for data-driven uplift growth and optimization
  • Write fully testable, high-quality code in Python
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and identify trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams including designers, data engineers and metallurgists to design, develop, and implement production-grade pipelines (data exploration, sampling, training data generation, feature engineering, model building, and performance evaluation, etc.)
  • Some international travel may be required occasionally.
  • What should you know or have?

  • 5+ years of experience in data science
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, machine learning, and predictive modeling
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
  • Solid Python programming skills; good SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Azure; AWS or GCP is appreciated
  • Experience with time series databases and data pipelines is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics) required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
  • Proficiency in English
