About this role

Your Responsibilities:

  • Scope of responsibility tailored to the candidate’s experience and background, covering various areas of e‑commerce operations and business development
  • Ownership of customer account management, including:
    • Development of product and assortment strategies
    • Definition of pricing structures and promotional plans
    • Execution of growth initiatives with full responsibility for sales performance and profitability
  • Alternatively, responsibility for specific sales channels (e.g., Amazon), including:
    • Management of selected product categories
    • Optimization and performance growth across the assigned channel
  • Involvement in Go‑To‑Market (GTM) activities, such as:
    • Supporting expansion into new sales channels (e.g., TikTok Shop)
    • Coordinating and executing KOL/influencer marketing campaigns


Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce; Experience with Amazon, local German e-commerce platforms, and TikTok Shop is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; A Master’s degree from a top university in Germany is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; good command of German both written and spoken, business fluent would be preferrable.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a focus on sales and profitability
