- Ensure compliance with disciplinary procedures and legal requirements.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop, review, and update employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Communicate policy changes to employees and management.
- Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, employment contracts, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Benefits Administration:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3:5 years of experience in personal and employee relations
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices
- Proficient in managing conflict and conducting effective investigations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
