We’re looking for a driven Senior Engineer to join our team on a high-profile reinforced concrete frame project. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex works, lead engineering teams, and play a key role in delivering a major construction scheme.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing engineering operations on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and right first time. You’ll lead on setting out, technical coordination, and subcontractor management, while working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and mentoring Site & Section Engineers
Managing RC frame construction, setting out, and technical compliance
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met
Driving programme delivery and resolving technical challenges
Supporting commercial controls, procurement, and risk management
Championing health, safety, and environmental best practice

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Proven experience delivering RC frame or major civils projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of setting out and construction techniques
Ability to interpret technical drawings and solve complex problems
HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
SMSTS & TWC
