About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise AI Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions that automate complex business workflows using AWS Bedrock and modern cloud technologies.

This role focuses on developing end-to-end AI-powered automation workflows that integrate enterprise systems such as ServiceNow and SAP while leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge bases, and Responsible AI practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience building AI-powered enterprise applications, integrating complex business systems, and designing scalable cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using AWS Bedrock.
  • Build AI-powered workflow automation for complex business processes.
  • Develop AI agents using AWS Bedrock Agents and Guardrails.
  • Integrate enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and SAP.
  • Develop secure REST API integrations across enterprise applications.
  • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise knowledge bases.
  • Develop document-processing workflows, including PDF extraction and business-rule validation.
  • Design cloud-native backend services using AWS.
  • Build scalable React interfaces for AI-powered business applications.
  • Develop GenAI CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Implement Responsible AI principles and governance across AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to continuously improve AI capabilities.

    • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Experience building enterprise cloud applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI application development.
  • Experience working with distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

    • Must Have:

  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience building AI Agents using:
    • AWS Bedrock Agents
    • Guardrails
    • Experience integrating enterprise systems through REST APIs.
    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
    • Experience integrating SAP using:
      • BAPI
      • OData
      • Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
      • Experience with OpenSearch.
      • Experience working with:
        • DynamoDB
        • Amazon S3
        • Experience with Amazon Cognito.
        • Experience developing React applications.
        • Experience building enterprise workflow automation.
        • Experience implementing Prompt Engineering techniques.
        • Experience building GenAI CI/CD pipelines.
        • Experience with GitHub Actions.
        • Strong understanding of enterprise security and identity management.
