Your impact

Do you enjoy combining financial understanding with modern analytics and data technologies? Are you excited to work closely with Finance and Management to drive transparency and decision-making? Then you’ve come to the right place!

As part of our Data & Analytics team, you will act as a key partner for the Finance organization, helping maintain and further develop financial analyses, reporting, and planning processes. You will contribute to building scalable and reliable reporting solutions while translating complex data into actionable business insights.

What expects you

• By maintaining and enhancing financial reporting solutions, you ensure reliable visibility into key financial KPIs and support management decision-making.
• Through close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, you act as a trusted point of contact for data analytics related topics, translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• By analyzing and harmonizing financial and operational datasets, you help identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Through the development and optimization of Power BI reports and data models, you improve transparency, automation, and efficiency across Finance processes.
• In day-to-day operations, you support ad-hoc analyses and management requests with a high degree of autonomy and business understanding.
• As part of the Data & Analytics team, you contribute to improving data quality, reporting standards, and scalable analytics processes.

What you contribute

• A degree in a field with a business or analytical focus (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science).
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Financial Analytics, FP&A, Controlling, or Data Analytics. Experience in consulting or similarly dynamic and fast-paced environments is considered a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with business acumen and a structured way of working.
• Ability to communicate analytical topics clearly to business stakeholders and management.
• Fluent English skills are required; German is highly appreciated.
• Experience with modern data platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Azure, Dagster) is considered a plus.
