About this role
The Role
As a Senior FP&A, you will support the Finance function by providing experienced FP&A capability. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and delivering high-quality insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance. In addition, you will support debt financing activities, contributing to an efficient capital structure and funding strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Support debt management activities, including debt drawdowns, utilisation requests, covenant compliance and ongoing lender reporting
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of financing documentation, working closely with lenders, advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with financing agreements
- Support the execution of new debt financing transactions (e.g. due diligence, model audits, documentation and financial close)
- Monitor debt facilities, pledged accounts, equity funding and cash flow forecasts, providing analysis to optimise cash management and ensure funding requirements are met throughout each project lifecycle
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, delivering analysis of financial performance, KPIs and key business drivers
- Prepare variance analyses and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance
- Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-term business planning processes
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, and support the implementation of a common financial planning tool
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial governance and support business objectives
Who We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally in a group or multi-entity environment
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) will be considered a plus
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent in Italian and English

- Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): €50.000 - €62.000 + performance bonus

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position. Final compensation will be determined fairly and transparently within this range, based on the candidate's professional experience, skills and qualifications.
