What you’ll do
Build and own end-to-end features across backend and frontend
Develop scalable backend services (Python) and modern frontend components (React)
Participate in system design and architectural discussions
Work closely with Product, DevOps, and other engineering teams
Ensure high engineering standards: clean code, testing, observability, and performance
Leverage AI-powered development and code review tools as part of the daily workflow
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Senior/Principal/Staff engineer - must
Proficiency in Python and React - must
Proven experience building complex systems in cloud-based, B2B SaaS environments
Experience with AWS (or other major cloud providers)
Proven track record delivering greenfield cloud-native systems
Experience working in startup environments or small, fast-moving teams - must
High level of ownership, independence, and strong time-management skills
Deeply technical, high-agency, and comfortable owning complex systems end to end
Data-driven and pragmatic, with uncompromising quality standards
Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written)
Experience in DSPM or CSPM domains (advantage)
