Senior Java Engineer x 2

Youtap Limited is seeking two highly skilled Senior Java Engineers to join our dynamic and innovative development team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our technology stack.
• Experience with SpringBoot is a must.
• Cloud & DevOps experience with AWS/ Azure/ or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is non-negotiable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Java development, with strong expertise in frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, or Microsoft Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
