About this role
Senior Loan Processor (Australian Mortgage)
Position: Senior Loan Processor
Salary: PHP 70,000 - 85,000/mo
Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with Australian hours; full-time (remote)
Holidays: AU Holidays
Role Purpose
To serve as the high-speed "Engine Room" of the brokerage. You will be responsible for taking the loan structures designed by the Credit Specialist and executing them with 100% accuracy from data entry through to unconditional approval.
This is a Senior role requiring deep technical knowledge of the Australian mortgage landscape. You will manage the "Express" pipeline (simple deals) independently and provide high-level support for "Complex" files (SMSF, Trust, Self-Employed).
Key Responsibilities
• Submission Excellence: Execute end-to-end applications via ApplyOnline and various lender portals (Big 4, Macquarie, etc.) with zero errors.
• The "Express" Lane: Independently manage simple residential files (PAYG Refinance, First Home Buyers) from start to finish.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with the Credit Specialist on complex files; you will handle document verification, data entry, and MIR (Missing Information Request) management for these deals.
• Lender & Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for lenders to push files through to approval. Communicate with clients during the "processing phase" to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Process Documentation: Assist the Principal in building and maintaining a permanent Operations Manual by documenting workflows and creating templates as the business scales.
Benefits
Technical Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Loan Processor for an Australian Mortgage Brokerage.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in ApplyOnline, MyCRM (or similar CRM), and lender portals.
• Policy Intuition: A strong understanding of standard lender requirements (e.g., identity verification, payslip analysis, and living expense categories).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English. You must be comfortable explaining "next steps" to Australian clients.
• Pace: Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume pipeline (e.g., $3M+ per month) without sacrificing quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• The "Finisher": You don’t just "do" tasks; you own the file until it is approved.
• Systems Thinker: You enjoy creating checklists and finding ways to make the process 10% faster every week.
• The Right Hand: You thrive in a "Pod" environment, working closely with a Credit Specialist to ensure the Principal is free to focus on growth.
