• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 20 years of experience, including extensive experience in engineering consultancy and site supervision
• Proven track record in managing mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, LPG/NG, and fuel systems across large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, including heat load calculations and system sizing
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, piping systems, and industrial mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software
• Familiarity with project management tools and construction methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment
