Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer

JASARA PMC is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer to join our team. The Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the successful testing and commissioning of MEP systems for major projects. Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient testing and commissioning processes.
• Conduct and oversee testing activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing.
• Analyze test results and identify any issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during the testing and commissioning phase.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements during testing and commissioning activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior testing and commissioning staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems, with a focus on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in industry standard testing equipment and software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for MEP systems.
