Optimiza is in search of a Senior Oracle Supply Chain Consultant to join our team of experts. In this role, you will be instrumental in advising clients on the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. Your extensive experience with Oracle SCM will be key in helping organizations enhance their supply chain operations and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle SCM best practices and methodologies.
- Train and support clients on system functionality and operational processes to ensure successful adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate integration points between SCM and other enterprise applications.
- Document processes, configurations, and enhancements effectively for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of extensive experience in Oracle SCM implementations and customizations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, including inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Proven track record of leading complex SCM projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing intricate technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Oracle SCM certification will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
