Product Managers at BLEN lead our teams in creating effective digital solutions. They combine domain knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to guide projects from start to finish.     • Basic qualifications

    Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or alternatively, 13+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education
  • Proven track record in project management, with emphasis on process maintenance and enforcement
  • Experience in technically-focused fields
  • Minimum 1 year leading cross-functional teams
    • Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Quality Assurance (QA) background
  • Mobile product development expertise
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Professional certifications such as CSPO, CPM, CSM or other related certifications
