About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Automation Tester to join a dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, framework development, and quality assurance practices, with the ability to contribute across both backend and UI testing landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks

• Build and execute automated test suites for end-to-end and UI testing

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve overall software quality

• Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle

• Contribute to test strategy, planning, and best practices across the organization

• Support continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and coverage

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of test automation solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automated testing, including designing and maintaining test frameworks

• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python and C#

• Practical experience with Playwright for end-to-end and UI automation

• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and test strategies

• Experience in defect identification, reporting, and tracking using standard tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
