Quality Assurance:
Define and implement QA processes and standards
Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications
Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features
Act as the quality gate before production releases
Automation & Improvement:
Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy
Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation
Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices
Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of QA experience, primarily web-focused
Strong background in manual testing
Experience setting up QA processes from scratch
Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Automation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
Experience with accessibility or performance testing
Previous lead or senior QA role
