We are seeking an experienced Senior Red Hat / Linux Engineer to join an innovative technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technologies and contribute to the platform's continuous improvement through modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures.

  • Explore and integrate AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and procedures for end-users, engineers, and architects.

  • Collaborate effectively within a SAFe SCRUM framework.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration support.

  • Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8+ environments.

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) OR extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat 8+.

  • Red Hat Satellite patch management and automation.

  • Experience with Google Compute Engine (GCE) and migrating from VMware to GCE.

  • High proficiency in Bash scripting and dynamic programming languages (Python, Perl).

  • Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.

  • Proficiency with software development tools including Git and Jira.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience working within SCRUM/Agile methodologies (SAFe SCRUM preferred).

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.

  • Knowledge of network administration and configuration.

  • Familiarity with Windows system integration.
