What you’ll do

• Ship high-quality features with speed and precision

• Work across a lean, modern stack (Rails 8+, Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo, TailwindCSS)

• Scale with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and deploy on Heroku

• Push continuous delivery in a Kanban-driven, result-oriented environment

• Collaborate remotely, meet in person a few times a year, and enjoy our Berlin HQ

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of engineering experience

• Ruby expert, always curious about the latest versions

• Obsessed with building robust, high quality systems

• Great communicator in English (no Shakespeare required)

• Pragmatic: you care about results, not ceremonies
