  • Extensive experience as a superintendent leading large commercial construction projects, preferably up to $75M in value.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural, architectural, MEP, civil, and site‑related construction systems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing field operations, subcontractors, logistics, and schedule milestones.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and coordination models.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling tools and project management platforms.
  • Ability to work in a demanding field environment with complex coordination requirements and evolving daily challenges.
