What You Will Do

• Analyze system integration requirements

• Design, implement, and test system integration mappings and workflows

• Lead customer onboarding processes

• Collaborate closely with development teams to support system integration projects

What You Will Need

• 3-6+ years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, including X12 and EDIFACT

• Experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, integration, implementation, etc.)

• Experience with ERP system integration development

• Nice to have: Experience with XML, JSON, or API integrations

• Role requires working from the office in Penang (Second Bridge / Airport area) 4 days a week
