About this role
About the Role
Odaseva is looking for a Technical Architect who brings deep Salesforce architectural expertise and enterprise-grade data integration experience to help our largest customers protect, govern, and mobilize their data at scale. This role blends hands-on architecture, customer-facing advisory, and collaboration with Product to shape the future of data protection and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-
Architect and guide large-scale data management initiatives — including backup/recovery, archival, anonymization, and high-volume data migrations — for global enterprise customers.
-
Serve as the technical thought partner to customer architects and executives, providing guidance on regulated industry requirements (PII, GDPR, HIPAA, DORA) and best practices.
-
Provide architectural leadership to customers on designing scalable data workflows and integrations using AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks, ensuring their workflow system data strategies meet enterprise performance, governance, and compliance requirements.
-
Apply practical AI/ML techniques to customer use cases such as intelligent classification, anomaly detection, and automated compliance workflows (experience helpful but growth in this area expected and supported).
-
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap, validate use cases, and accelerate adoption of new data and AI-driven capabilities.
Required Experience
-
Deep Salesforce technical expertise, including APIs, data model, metadata architecture, security/sharing model, and platform limits/performance considerations.
-
Hands-on experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (e.g., Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector) with strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, etc.).
-
Proven track record leading large, complex data migrations and operationalizing enterprise-grade strategies for backup, restore, archival, and data lifecycle management.
-
Strong data engineering foundation, including experience building data pipelines, ETL flows, or lakehouse/lake-based architectures using Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS-native services.
-
Ability to learn and apply AI/ML concepts (LLMs, classification, anomaly detection) to real-world customer data problems. Prior AI experience is preferred but not mandatory.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills — including influencing VP/CXO-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with security frameworks, data privacy, or Zero Trust architectures.
-
Background with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, or MLOps concepts.
-
Prior work with data governance, data lineage, or sensitive data classification tools.
-
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA), experience/certifications in AWS, Snowflake or Databricks.
-
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise data platform environment.
