Senior Technical Manager

Through nine global offices and a rapid-response delivery model, Accion offers a range of engagement models such as turn-key projects, extended-teams, shared-IP development, offshore-leveraged engagements and professional staffing (contract, contract-to-hire & direct perm).

Role: Senior Technical Manager

·A recognized degree in IT/Computer Science

·At least 10 years of working experience in web application development environment with focus on large volume transactional processing application, leading a team of developers, database admin/specialists and system analysts

·Vendor and project management experience

·Must have business requirements gathering and systems architecture experience

·Any human resources and payroll system development or implementation experience will be highly advantageous

·Good exposure to relevant new web and mobile technologies

·Highly motivated, hands-on approach and goals driven

·A good communicator and a team player
