1.Functional Testing in Java/J2EE, Python Scripting Language and SELENIUM

2.To lead| guide| manage | engage and develop the team.

3.To manage customer expectations on deliverables.

4.To participate in organization initiatives like CMMI compliance | DQI.

5.To project manage the testing project like estimating| resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.

6.To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
