Stanley Consultants is currently looking for a Senior Traffic Studies/Planning Engineer for our DeBary, FL office.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Project quality assurance and project team support; support of technical organization; and support of business development.
- Lead traffic studies related strategic and growth initiatives. Assist with major project pursuits, new business development, and local client relationships. Identify potential projects and develop strategies to win these projects as needed.
- Support CSMs, with client outreach where appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Lead Traffic Studies.
- Draft and review scopes and fees for new projects.
- Serve as Project Manager on key department projects.
- Recommend operating policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support the Traffic Department Manger(s) and the Traffic and ITS Group Manager for various operational needs.
- Perform other functions delegated by the Traffic and ITS Engineering Group Manager and/or Transportation Market Leader.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or be able to obtain in a few months.
- Traffic Engineering experience, and/or planning, analysis and studies experience.
- Great written and oral communication skills.
- PTOE or RSP certification
- Safety Planning experience
