About this role
If you take this role, here's what's true 12 months from now
Product & Technology and the business operate from one transparent transformation portfolio. Strategic priorities are clear, governance enables faster decisions rather than creating bureaucracy, and leaders have complete visibility into progress, risks and dependencies. Regional teams are prepared before every major release because adoption and implementation readiness are built into delivery from the start.
The Transformation Office has evolved into a scalable capability with consistent governance, methodology, tooling and ways of working that support transformation across the organisation.
The opportunity
This role sits at the heart of HeadFirst's Global Transformation Office.
Your first priority is to orchestrate the Product & Technology transformation portfolio, connecting business priorities, product roadmaps, delivery teams, regional implementation and measurable business outcomes into one integrated transformation approach.
Alongside this, you'll help build the Transformation Office itself by developing scalable governance, portfolio management practices, methodologies and tooling that will support future strategic initiatives across the organisation.
This is more than a traditional Programme Manager or PMO role. You'll shape how transformation is prioritised, governed, executed and adopted across HeadFirst.
What you'll own
Own the Product & Technology transformation portfolio and create end-to-end visibility across strategic initiatives.
Connect business priorities, product roadmaps, delivery planning, regional implementation and measurable business value.
Design, implement and continuously improve portfolio governance, decision forums, prioritisation processes and executive reporting.
Drive portfolio visibility through RAID management, dependency management, delivery oversight and value tracking.
Build alignment across Product, Technology, Operations and regional leadership teams.
Establish implementation readiness and adoption capabilities, including communications, training, regional readiness and feedback mechanisms where appropriate.
Help establish scalable Transformation Office methodology, standards, governance and best practices.
Improve portfolio management through AI, automation and modern delivery tooling.
What makes you successful
You combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution discipline. You know how to create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while keeping diverse teams aligned around shared outcomes.
Nice to have
Prosci, ADKAR, PRINCE2, MSP or comparable certifications.
Experience applying AI to portfolio management, governance or workflow optimisation.
Experience working within complex international or matrix organisations.
Why you'll want this role
You'll help shape how a leading global service provider delivers transformation.
Working directly with senior leaders across Product, Technology and the business, you'll influence priorities, governance, delivery and organisational adoption. You won't just deliver transformation, you'll help build the capability that enables future transformation across the organisation.
Ready to make an impact?
If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, connecting strategy with execution and building transformation capabilities that scale, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
You'll bring:
Extensive experience leading complex international transformation portfolios or enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
Strong experience within a PMO or Transformation Office.
Experience designing governance frameworks, executive reporting and portfolio visibility.
A solid understanding of Product & Technology organisations and delivery environments.
Proven experience aligning senior business and technology stakeholders.
Experience building organisational adoption, implementation readiness and change capabilities.
Strong programme control disciplines, including RAID management, dependency management and governance.
Experience with enterprise portfolio management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira or similar.
