Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure exceptional service throughout the customer experience. This role serves as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams, helping maintain strong relationships while ensuring requests, updates, and service needs are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate daily account activities and service requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor account progress and provide regular updates.
• Address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative support.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes.
