· Excellent Communication
· Minimum 2 years' experience with a Service Desk support environment
· Good work experience on BMC Remedy/ SD+ ticketing tool.
· Should have quick learning and monitoring skills
· Willing to work on rotational shifts( Night shifts preferred)
· Well understanding on ITIL process
