Attend site surveys, tender briefings, and meetings with owners or main contractors.

Collaborate closely with cross-departments to ensure timely customer order fulfillment and smooth service operations.

Monitor efficiency of the current team and implement improvements to enhance performance and service quality.

Provide technical advice and coordination support for service-related issues and customer breakdown cases.

Ensure all works comply with company standards, procedures, safety, and health policies.
