We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Liability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service reliability, availability, and performance across critical systems. You will play a key role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving infrastructure and services, while supporting incident, change, and problem management processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for data search, monitoring, and visualization
  • Solid knowledge of web and proxy servers including Apache HTTPD, HAProxy, and Keepalived
  • Proficiency in Linux environments (Red Hat-based systems), including system administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible
  • Programming/scripting skills in Python, Ruby, and Bash for automation and system tasks
  • Good understanding of version control systems, particularly Git and GitLab
  • Experience with YUM repositories management and mirroring
  • Hands-on experience managing and renewing SSL certificates
  • Strong focus on automation, improving system efficiency and reliability
  • Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
  • Experience working within ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
