Support leaders on initiating country level reports for strategical projects, including China Blue plan Project, Expansion Project, sales force deployment optimization Project, Brand Plan and LRP and other strategic initiatives from China and International. Provide expertise and business insights on business opportunities and risks, based on which proactively raising suggestions on optimization working mechanism across teams/departments, on all kinds of processes and policies, to improve the efficiency and excellence of AA sales business.
Internal stakeholders: IBE, FIN, BC, Strategic Planning, MKT, Sales
China Blue Plan Scorecard, the country bible for business reporting to international - 30%
- Discuss the China Blue Plan Scorecard KPIs design with AMI, FIN and MKT team, set KPIs’ monthly target based on historical experience and strategy, and monthly track the KPIs.
- Based on the facts in the China Blue Plan KPIs to provide business insights and findings to make sure strategies be implemented and tracked in a right way.
- Provide expertise and suggestions when changes to the KPIs are needed;
Expansion/Sales force deployment optimization Projects, the strategic projects that China initiate in core MKT and broad MKT - 30%
- Lead the annual expansion project to provide suggestions on model building, expansion methodology and deployment.
- Communicate with sales team to ensure expansion implement.
- Explore new sales promotion model.
Other Ad Hoc Analysis assigned by leadership - 20%
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, evaluate the possibility of a data-driven solution and estimate the potential resource requirements.
- Support data-driven business case and scenario tracking and analysis, sharing of data insights with different teams.
Brand Reports, Brand Plan, LRP and Other Local and Global Initiatives - 20%
- Communicate with MKT and Sales team on business findings and provide insights on how to improve.
- Provide deep dive analysis for Brand Plan, LRP and other local and global initiatives to help related teams to understand China business and provide supports on different types of projects.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5-8 years experiences in data analysis and reporting experiences in pharmaceutical or Consulting firms.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
- Be capable of handle big data in Excel.
- Certified or experienced background on BI such as Power BI, QV is plus.
- Excellent experience for information collection and strong analytical capability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Experienced in data/data flow/database management and project management
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of organization and all functions to work as an effective team member.
- Good sense of responsibility, sensitivity, confidentiality and ethic.
- Good leadership skill to resolve problems and achieve goals
- Can work with independent and self-motivated, self-responsible, open-minded.
- Fluent oral English is a plus.
