Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive various parts including Hazmat materials.
• Operate forklift
• Process shipments via FedEx, UPS software or other shipping websites.
• Use the Microsoft Office Suite and the ERP system daily to log materials in and out.
• Perform local deliveries or pickups occasionally.
• Assist others with diverse projects as needed.
• Maintain safe and orderly working area conditions.

Required Skills/Education/Training

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• More than 1 year of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• More than 3 years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
• More than 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Planning

Preferred Skills/Education/Training

• Relevant aerospace shipping and receiving experience
• Experience with ERP systems
• Vocational, Associate, bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• Prior Hazmat shipping certification
• Prior forklift certification

• Familiarity with quality standards AS9100, AS9110, and AS 9120 (ISO 9001)
