The job

You will report to the Operations Manager and be a part of the Shipping Team

Tasks and responsibilities

• Management of national, intracommunity, and international shipments with different carriers.
• Request transport quotes, within order costs, and organize transports to meet delivery dates to customers.
• Management of documentation with finance (invoices, COO, etc.), and area-specific documents: delivery notes, packing lists, certificates, identification labels for packages, etc.
• Report to transport costs to administration and allocate packaging costs.
• Management of data on the status of manufacturing items, purchases, or stock, shared between shipping, purchasing-production, and after-sales.

This is you OR What we want from you

Requirements

• At least two years managing International Shipping

• English speaker ( at least, level b2)

• Valuable Logistics or International trade specific education.
