Site Architect

Job Purpose: 

Ensure proper quality and scheduling of the concrete prefab houses construction.

Job Duties: 

 

Quality control

• Quality control over the site works.
• Identify site problems and coordinate with the different parties to solve it.

Scheduling

• Use Microsoft project to prepare a schedule for the project tasks
• Follow up the schedule of the procurement and site activities.
• Update the schedule on a weekly basis and send the report to the clients.

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Extensive knowledge in all finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, wood works…
• Should be an expert in AutoCAD and excel
• Should have perfect knowledge of scheduling softwares such as Primavera or Microsoft projects.
