As part of the team, we are seeking a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the project's established safety, quality, and schedule requirements. The role involves close collaboration with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure the efficient and well-organized execution of all site works.

Key Task:

  • Coordinate daily construction activities within an assigned area or section of the project.

  • Ensure that all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standars.

  • Support the implementation of short-term schedules and monitor daily progress against projects objectives.

  • Maintain open communication with workers and subcontractors through toolbox talks, site briefings and safety meetings.

  • Keep site diaries and project documentation up to date and accurately maintained.

  • Act as first point of contacto for minor industrial relations matters, escalating issues where appropriate.

  • Monitor site safety and regulatory compliance under the direction of the Site Manager or Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Coordinator, or similar construction supervision role.

  • Proven experience supervising day to day site activities on building, infrastructure or industrial construction projects.

  • Relevant studies

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
