Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Mobile Banking Services Department located in Athens! In this vital role, you will be the primary contact for our Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to mobile banking services and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with inquiries about mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and technical departments to resolve complex issues
  • Educate clients on best practices for mobile banking security and usage
  • Gather client feedback to help improve our services and customer experience
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends

Requirements

  • A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to service
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with mobile banking applications and customer support tools
