About this role
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Care Workers to join a residential team based in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.

Requirements:
- Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (e.g. BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health or Social Care)
- CORU registration, or proof that registration is in progress
- At least 1 years’ experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Knowledge of current policies and developments in social care, particularly within disability services
- Ability to follow, review, and contribute to care plans and support strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
