About the role:

Complete assessments to inform care plans, including Children and Families, Risk, Parenting, and Sibling Assessments

Develop care plans with respite support and behavioural strategies for children with disabilities and their families

Support professional standards, develop specialist practice, and advise on disability-related cases

Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
