About the role:

We are looking for a Delphi Software Developer with an experience with C++ to work in our Kyiv office and join our Scrum team to develop 3Shape’s CAD software. You will ease the daily work of dental technicians and dentists suporting them in providing better patient treatments. Our product supports millions of users within the Labs and Clinics all over the world.

You will join a highly skilled and motivated team that works with CAD and complex 3D algorithms, OpenGL, AI integration, etc.

Your responsibilities:

• Design user interface, algorithms, and implement workflows for dentistry

• Ensure high code quality through reviews, refactoring, processes, code metrics, etc.

• Ensure high maintainability of the code (e.g. through designing and implementing automatic tests)

• Cooperate with developers on other projects

• Develop the coolest 3D Windows desktop application

Your profile:

The relevant candidate demonstrates most of the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer with C++ or Delphi

• Solid experience with design patterns and OOP principles

• Skilled in complex algorithms

• Good mathematical understanding

• Interest in 3D and computational geometry

• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing code base

• You work with high commitment and take ownership of your work

• Team-minded personality with skills in Agile working style

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar field

• Confident in English

Would be a plus:

• Passionate about software design

• 3D computer graphics and its related mathematics

• Experience with C#

• Experience with SQL

Agile practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration and Scrum.
