Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented ** Software Development Manager ** to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software development teams, setting clear performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews while fostering strong team dynamics.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent, while effectively managing development resources and budgets.
  • Drive technical strategy and participate in key architectural and technical decisions, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and initiatives that improve scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, managing risks and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, infrastructure, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, communicate progress and risks, and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent experience with.net technologies and Azure services.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
