Requirements

• Possess over 7 years of experience in developing and delivering high-quality software within fast-paced teams.

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience working with React, Typescript, and NodeJS.

• Write code thoughtfully, with empathy and pride—always considering the next person who will read it.

• Have launched real products at scale and understand what is required to maintain them effectively.

• Approach problems as a product engineer, focusing not only on “what works” but also on “what’s delightful” and “what’s essential.”

• Are skilled at disagreeing respectfully, committing to decisions, giving and receiving feedback constructively, and collaborating as a team player.

• Engage in side projects, contribute to open-source, or pursue in-depth explorations driven by your passion. Must have Skills
