Role Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Software Engineer with a strong foundation in C# and .NET, along with experience in modern frontend technologies like React. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributes to software design and process improvements, and enjoys mentoring junior team members. You’ll work independently on epics and stories, participate in code reviews, and help drive technical excellence within the team. A solid understanding of SOLID principles is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently deliver on epics and user stories with minimal guidance from the team lead

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers

• Collaborate through pair programming when appropriate and offer constructive technical advice

• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and support team knowledge sharing

• Contribute to domain and technical design discussions, identifying opportunities for improvement and process enhancements

• Perform other team level responsibilities as required ranging from addressing and resolve team BAU, owned microservice enhancement/maintenance work, incident actions and resolutions etc

About You:

•3+ years working in software development roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Proficiency in C# and .NET architecture

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React

• Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Ability to contribute to software design and automated testing

• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The Software Engineer reports directly into the Engineering Team Lead.
