Account Management & Renewals

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Upselling & Growth

Identify opportunities to upsell new services and solutions to existing clients.

Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs and maximize revenue growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and service.
New Client Onboarding

Successfully onboard two new clients per year, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.

Maintain 30% of pipeline from new clients.
Relationship Building

Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions accordingly.

Work closely with sales and partner management teams inside Technology Vendors ensuring they are always recommending our company, protect us against competition and giving us best prices to maximise margins.
Reporting & Analysis

Track account performance, renewal status, and upsell progress.

Prepare regular reports for management on account growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in account management or client success roles.

Proven track record in upselling and renewals within a B2B environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
