Key Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for Glory software enquiries and support queries from other departments or customers.
- Involve in software demo and discussion with customers for software deployment arrangements.
- Knowing the settings and configuration required for different customers’ requirements.
- Key person in charge of the post implementation support.
- Responsible to work with product teams for any software product related matters.
- Perform field installation and training.
- Attend / analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software.
- Create / update documents such as software configuration, test data, support knowledge base.
- Modify software script / tools to meet customers’ need or enhance internal operations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification.
- Networking knowledge or experiences for TCP/IP network setup.
- Software programming or scripting background.
- SQL Server and SQL queries.
- Web server environment knowledge including Apache, HTTP, XML, and Web Service.
- Web Security knowledge including SSL, HTTPS.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative and flexible thinker.
- Good Troubleshooting skills (System troubleshooting, Hardware, and software).
- Good Interpersonal Relationship.
