Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Solution Architect – Adobe Martech (AEP Stack) to lead the design and implementation of a modern Adobe marketing technology ecosystem, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will be responsible for defining scalable architecture, enabling real-time customer data capabilities, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, data governance requirements, and business objectives within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

 

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Define data architecture, ingestion patterns, and customer activation frameworks across multiple channels.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures, data models, and integration designs.
• Design and govern identity management, customer segmentation, consent management, and profile strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders to define and refine technical solutions.
• Establish integration patterns between Adobe platforms, CRM systems, data lakes, and external applications.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and risk mitigation activities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, including design validation and troubleshooting.
• Support the development of scalable customer data and engagement capabilities.
• Drive architecture best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across Martech platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong background in Martech architecture within financial services or other regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, customer profiles, and segmentation strategies.
• Experience designing real-time and batch data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience defining data architecture, governance, and activation frameworks.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations, consent management frameworks, and data governance best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target is preferred.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain BPSS clearance.
